Refund Policy
I Ruma Solutions Sdn Bhd — how returns and refunds are handled for our services.
🕐 Updated: 23 Apr 2026Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items ("Item") and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Guarantee Period of 10 days.
Guarantee is a service provided by I-Ruma, on User's request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to assist during the Guarantee Period.
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
- System Error
The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by I-Ruma in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that I-Ruma's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against I-Ruma or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
There's no tangible product for exchange. Henceforth, product exchange is not applicable for i-Ruma's digital services.
Refunds can only be made when you have a valid reason or the system is entirely down and inaccessible. You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification regarding the refund once these circumstances occur.
The Beneficiary (hereinafter "BF") hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of I-Ruma Sdn. Bhd's (hereinafter "I-Ruma") Inter Bank Giro Transactions (hereinafter "IBG") and further confirms that IBG will be available for its bank account, the details of which have been provided by the BF to I-Ruma under the IBG Beneficiary Account information above.
The BF agrees that I-Ruma will directly credit any payment due to the BF into the BF's bank account as provide above (hereinafter "the said IBG Bank Account").
The BF confirms that all information provided by the BF to I-Ruma, is current, accurate and adequate. I-Ruma is entitled to act and/or rely on the information provided for the IBG without obtaining and further written or other confirmation form the BF unless the BF specifically notified I-Ruma in writing of any change of account information provided. In the absence of such notification, I-Ruma will continue to pay to the BF into the said IBG Bank Account.
The BF is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the IBG account information. I-Ruma will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect account information provided by the BF.
The BF agrees that in the event of any claim of discrepancies, it shall be the responsibility of the BF to revert to I-Ruma in writing within 30 days from the date the amount was credited to the account, failing which I-Ruma will not be held liable for any such discrepancies.
I-Ruma reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time by giving the BF 30 days' notice in writing, which notice may be sent by post, WhatsApp, or via email. I-Ruma will so far as reasonably practicable give the BF service or in other circumstances beyond I-Ruma's control.
Once the BF has received notice of any change in terms and conditions, I-Ruma will treat the subsequent utilization of the IBG by the BF as acceptance of the change.
